It was a job out of College Leadership Development Program works for some Company doesn't pay for a car or gas Comprehensive training Emotionally demanding job Good coffee

Cons

There is a system of favorites that was set in stone Never a set number of hours Some managers were VERY incompetent Reviews and expectations were not very realistic

Pros

Your work doesn't follow you home. The people are generally nice, but you do sometimes have the grouch or two around you. The job was really easy.

Cons

It's a call center. Micro management to the max, but it is a call center after all. Terrible benefits. Call center. Terrible salary. Did I mention it's a call center.

The keurig, co workers were awesome, casual Fridays

Cons

No happy hour, rude people on the phone, no head set for making calls, lack of snacks in the break room
