The level of the people in the warehouse is very low. Gossip is at an all time high and the leadership is doing nothing about it. Are you a hard worker and you like doing your job as perfect as you can expecting some change or improvements to your position but you don´t get anything either way? Well look no further as this is the place for you. Where they ¨Enable an intelligent planet¨ by not even using the devices that they create and having orders on paper still. The favoritism is also present with people that are liked being allowed to do nothing or say that they don´t want to do a certain task assigned to them only for YOU the hard worker to take on more things as they just relax. Here, in the warehouse you will get people that even though they have been working for at least an year, still don´t have knowledge of the basics. Call them out on it and you for sure will have a talk with either the manager or one of the team leaders. Further more the salary is not extraordinary and not competitive at all compared to other companies that run only one shift. The work is hard. Boxes are heavy and the equipment and software is old. Recently they also added a screen with the productivity of the people just like in the really big warehouses in a hope for I don´t know what. Honestly. This would be a place for you only to gather some experience and then move on an year later once you have a couple of licenses that they provide.
