Free snacks and drinks. Free meal occasionally for certain celebration.

Cons

Management do not know what they are doing and everything is just a try out. Overwork the employee but they don't care. They will just re- hire all the fresh grad without experience to do the slave work. Toxic and kiss sss culture are happening here. If you are good at this, you will do well in this company. As long as you are close to the manager, you are basically "protected" . People who doesn't know how to do this, prepare and work like a slave without any raise or very minimal raise.
