Pros

Great colleagues, good teamwork! Can find work-life balance here if not trying to impress upper management by working over time.

Cons

Unwilling to invest in people, training is close to none. Take advantages of employees as much as possible, kick-off meetings, and many activities are on weekends. Upper management's preferences matters the most, decision making processes is unprofessional.
