Lot of freedom when you are a field sales person.

Cons

Multiple managers with conflicting agendas leaving an unidentified role of who is in charge. Middle management is given no authority or direction of what they are to manage other than declare quotas and tracking. Product line on the industrial side is not current with market competitors. Does not appear to be much investment in new development.
