Pros

Freedom to build your own networking, working hour flexibility, high-end technology make your approach easier. Because talking to expatriate people, the language practicing is continuous.

Cons

Structure - A decorous place, resources missing, office network is a shame and air conditioning is broken for more than 1year. Business - Lack of teamwork culture, departments are always competing between them, no sales policy definition, closed mindset to new business.
