Work-life balance, but don't expect too much on salary and bonus even company revenue is increasing.

Again, work-life balance. There are many various clubs to choose by using the annual points company offers. Those points also can be used for exhibition, arts and movies.

Cons

Stay longer in this company, the more passion you lose. Salary is not attractive, but acceptable and fair C/P value.

Pros

Advantech could be considered an 800 lb gorilla in the industrial computing space among other Taiwan based HW companies with offices in the US. You do get to work with same big names in the industry.

Cons

The pay is definitely below average, but its not too bad compared to other Taiwanese based hardware companies. Management expects you to long work hours as that its the culture in Taiwan regardless if you really need to do that to finish your work
