Work hard....and then work even harder for the same pay.
Pros
This is a very stable company, and somewhere you can choose to stay for decades and decades, as some of the employees have chosen to do. The company is very conservative and because of this, has not had any layoffs or problems. Little bonuses are given every quarter if the company profits, holiday parties and office events held frequently.
Cons
Because they are conservative, the pay is below market price. Benefits are not that great and are very expensive. 401k funds aren't high-performing. Office politics is high and the company works like small companies fighting with each other, rather than one team together. Employee dynamics aren't that great since many don't speak English - communication is a huge problem. Hiring is questionable. Micro-management style is apparent throughout the company.
