1. Bad salary, only 15months/year 2. Bad benefit. The employee health examination on the weekend, you have to go to company for the weekend. 3. Bad management. The skillful employee work hard, lazy employee work less, but the same salary 4. The most important: Not a high-level or potential software development, you cannot learn anything.
