Great company that always plans for the future. Focus for the future is what is most impressive. Always improving and investing to be ready for the next challenges the customers face.

Cons

Working in a multi-national company can be challenging with different schedules and cultures.

Horrible Conpany, blind eye to misconduct of employees and customer base

Pros

Pay with plenty of overtime.

Cons

Will deny employee assault and battery, also turned blind eye to customer sexual harassment to protect lucrative contract. Would prefer to make up performance issues even after an exemplary annual review from direct manager to protect harassment by customer, customer accused employee was later terminated, but only after Advantest acted to protect the contract.
