      Pros

      I have been working at Advatix APAC from past 1 year. The work environment is professional, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn if you're willing to take initiative. I appreciated the supportive team culture, where colleagues were approachable and always ready to help when needed. The company provides exposure to different aspects of logistics and supply chain operations to develop both technical and problem-solving skills. Management encourages accountability and gives employees the freedom to handle responsibilities independently, making it a great place to grow professionally.

      Cons

      The workload can get challenging during busy times, so there are days when you need to put in some extra effort to meet deadlines, but overall it's something you learn to manage.
