      After layoffs end of last year and early this year moral decreased dramatically and has not resurrected as of yet. Over worked with continued team decrease!

      Overall, relatively courteous and friendly staff.

      Cons

      A few directors do not have the experience or knowledge to accomplish what is necessary to support their respective teams to be successful. Seems to be chaotic more than manageable. Disconnect among leadership to RN workforce. Too many loose ends and not enough experienced people to get these loose ends taken care of. Very frustrating workplace.
