Pros

The faith based culture allows for practice of faith in facility. You are allowed to pray with patients, staff and start meetings that way.

Cons

The top down leadership. They continue to speak about transparency but there is none. They are focusing on the wrong things like cutting the budget by cutting the staff which will result in lowering the quality of care, tons of research has shown this to be true. Also, they can't decide what is priority: brining in Studer to improve employee engagement and HCAHPS but making budget cuts at the same time and pressuring staff to work short staffed. These things do not go hand in hand, they actually contradict each other.
