Pros

Great coworkers, keep the day upbeat. Quality care provider. Willing to try new technology, on the leading edge, leads by example. Best place to work, best place to practice medicine makes it the best place to receive care.

Cons

Staying on the leading edge of technology can sometimes mean a rocky start with new systems. Somewhat rural so when staffing is short it can take awhile to fill a position.

Moving too fast

Pros

Many talented, high quality employees in the lower ranks. Some opportunities to learn new applications and processes. Good desserts served at company events.

Cons

IT changes are moving far too fast. Shoddy test procedures allow flaws to be installed in production systems, attitude is that flaws will be fixed later. Upper IT management mainly clinical background with limited IT knowledge. Job opportunities seem to biased toward Adventists.

Pros

Good benefits, faith based, people tend to be more respectful with each other.

Cons

Low salary, not so many chances to grow in the company if you don't go back to school
