Pros

Great company to work for. Lots of different facilities all over California that work together to provide the best possible care to patients and their community. Full medical and dental benefits.

Cons

Most of their facilities are in rural areas. Their compensation is typically on the lower end of market rates. While medical insurance is provided, the insurance has very limited options with regards to mental health care. Lots of workers overworked during the pandemic were having trouble establishing care with a psychiatrist because their network is really small!! Company had several lay offs from different departments after the shutdown. And just like any other company, the workload did not ease up for the workers that were "lucky" enough to survive these cuts.
