Pros

Adventist is a very positive environment to work, and one of very few places where not only are employees allowed, but encouraged to be spiritually engaged. Adventist is a team environment, the entire hospital works as a team, and provide excellent patient care.

Cons

Adventist is one of the lower paying hospitals in Oregon. Other than the less than competitive wages offered, there are no other cons that come to mind.

Thank you for your review, I’m glad you’re seeing our mission lived out at the hospital. We appreciate your feedback regarding pay. Our goal is to make Adventist Medical Center the best place for patients to receive care and for our team members to work. One of the many steps take to uphold this commitment is to regularly review wages in our market and make adjustments to be sure that we’re offering competitive salaries.

Pros

Collegial, Pleasant, good pay, flexible hours,

Cons

Corporate management very out of touch with modern healthcare. Disastrous corporate decision to go system wide with poor EMR reducing efficiently by at least 10% and increasing frustration with its use by 300%. Looking for other employment.
