      Pros

      A small paycheck. Insurance that costs 1/4 of your pay. Exposure to disease you pray takes you out. But you had decent coworkers who constantly get abused with you which creates a trauma bond with each other. But!! There's pizza parties..

      Cons

      Abuse of power by management. Greed. Ineffective protocols and treatment of patient care. Lack of intelligent medical providers. Lack of providers in general. Constantly shutting down clinics due to negligence and ignorance.
