Low pay and long hours

1. Current, post-pandemic strategy is somewhat unclear. New leadership has focused primarily on minimizing shared services and placed emphasis on market hospitals and clinics being responsible for many areas. 2. Compensation increases are fixed and are often not based on performance, but rather are based on tenure. 3. Many rounds of recent layoffs have eroded some of the previous cultural strengths and there is a sense of worry and confusion from lack of clear communication.
