Pros

This hospital offers nurses a lot of autonomy and great experience

Cons

This hospital is non-union which can be approach to some people, they are the lowest paying hospital in the county, and they have very poor staffing and frequently will have shifts where nurses have no breaks

Pros

Great teams, kind and supportive manager

Cons

The hospital is constantly surveyed d/t poor practices. The hospital is financially irresponsible and has made huge cuts which makes it unsettling. I have seen the decline over the last few years (really post CV) and it has not improved.
