Pros

Phenomenal culture where leadership (and all levels) are dedicated to the mission. A "healthy" place to work on all levels - physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Cons

Like any large organization, it takes considerable time and energy to make significant changes.

Pros

Great support very family oriented the labor and delivery unit is fabulous some of the most intelligent, positive , beautifully spirited nurse I have ever met. Is an honor to work with these very experienced nurses.

Cons

Depending on where you live the traffic can be difficult, they do not hire midwives which can limit some versatile patients.
