Pros

Its a great company, they definitely put their employees first. A lot of training programs you have to go through so you will always be prepared.

Cons

Pretty busy hospital, so your constantly on the go. Aome of the training objectives online are pointless.

Pros

Good pay, low stress, and good family like community of people. Working for corporation helps with good benefits. No expected documentation off the clock.

Cons

The hospital in general is striving to improve patient satisfaction. This has lead to opportunities to improve to be redirected toward changing patients answers on surveys rather than furthering clinical excellence.
