Pros

Mission Good people (for most part) Great environment Feel like my work makes a difference Learning everyday Feel like my work is appreciated

Cons

Certain rules, expectations don't apply to everyone. The environment/culture changes drastically depending on your director. Company does not have the same "great place to work" feel/attitude as when I first started, which is unfortunate because this is what keeps people here. Pay is well below what other health networks pay their IT employees.

Pros

The position brings a lot of incentives from the providers and the director is very understanding.

Cons

Communication within the department is not the best, you could also see some favoritism taking place with the employees whom have been working there for longer. It is also a very stessful position with a lot of responsibilities.
