      Pros

      You feel safe as a nurse. You are taken care of when it comes to updated education and nurse educators are only a phone call away. There are still CNAs on the floor unlike other surrounding hospitals. It's a very clean and beautiful facility.

      Cons

      Pay is lower compared to other hospitals.
