It is a professional and efficient place to work. Patients treated with great respect and their progress is one of the best measures of treatment.

Cons

very difficult to procure access to this facility, There is a large number of people wanting to train in this facility and the selection procss is arduous

Family feel. I am on a first name basis with most of upper management individuals. Not because I am necessarily special, because the CEO, CFO, Directors, etc., are all so visible and make a point to address you with a smile and ask you how you are doing.
