Pros

Great place to work. Great staff all around! Everyone focuses on Patient Care and great customer service.

Cons

I feel the hospital should allow nurses to work part-time if they choose. A lot of great nurses have gone to other hospitals and left a void. Although it does make room for new nurses. It's just very sad to watch great ones depart unnecessarily!

Pros

Amazing support from peers. Family atmosphere. Loved it there. Great pay

Cons

Typical of any healthcare environment there are delays in upgrades and projects approved that get put on hold.

Pros

Great Co-workers and patients. Loved who I worked with and what I did. I enjoyed working with almost everyone in the hospital. It was like a big family.

Cons

BAD management in the ICU. Lies constantly to get what she wants. Hires unqualified employees to cut costs. Has no care for the team. Shares personal information with fellow employees. We lost So many very qualified wonderful nurses because her lack of care for the staff. Definitely a lot of favoritism in the scheduling and hiring. I would have never left if it wasn't for her.
