      Good pay, low stress, and good family like community of people. Working for corporation helps with good benefits. No expected documentation off the clock.

      Cons

      The hospital in general is striving to improve patient satisfaction. This has lead to opportunities to improve to be redirected toward changing patients answers on surveys rather than furthering clinical excellence.
