Pros

Great, friendly and supportive atmosphere. Flexible with times and willing to work with employees. As long as your time management skills are good you will do very well.

Cons

Obviously there's always corporate and billing demands. Quotas to be met, productivity to be accomplished. This can make the job stressful.

Pros

Nice place to work. For the most part, a caring professional staff. Could be a great hospital. A good place to Volunteer or do Internship.

Cons

Patient Transport Management fosters fear and mistrust. Makes working at GAMC more difficult, when Management has no clue what PT Transporters contend with. Bad leadership is rewarded.

Pros

work with great patients good community involvement staff is great

Cons

No paid holidays. You have to use your PTO. No overtime. You are expected to go above and beyond by supervisors but not compensated. Just pushed to meet the numbers.
