      The only pros are if you are devoted to your patients because management is horrible

      Everything about that hospital, except for the patients, is unprofessional

      Pros

      Many talented, high quality employees in the lower ranks. Some opportunities to learn new applications and processes. Good desserts served at company events.

      Cons

      IT changes are moving far too fast. Shoddy test procedures allow flaws to be installed in production systems, attitude is that flaws will be fixed later. Upper IT management mainly clinical background with limited IT knowledge. Job opportunities seem to biased toward Adventists.
