Rural community with friendly employees.
Cons
The healthcare reform is making the hospital make some significant changes, some of which have made working here less intriguing. The management is much more focused on the bottom line, then how they treat their employees. I've noticed over time how the employee satisfaction has decreased because of the many restrictions due to financial hardship. I hope they don't lose sight of theri committment to employees during this struggle to stay financially viable.
