Pros

Up-to-date with joint commission guidelines. Actively help you advance your career. Leaders are interested in your individual growth. Strive to ensure we have the equipment needed to do our jobs.

Cons

It is a small town and it is hard to keep doctors. We often have to stop services for lack of a provider.

Pros

Physicians are awesome to work with. THEY CARE>

Cons

No management or leadership. They give you the runaround and lack of communication. No respect for their employees nor appreciate work ethics of a great employee's. They simply do not care!!! sadly effects patient care when a company chooses not to have the right staff to care for patients. No growth in this company what so ever.
