Pros

I felt at the time of employment that my supervisors were invested in my growth and I had found the career that I would spend my life working in. I had multiple promotions in my years at AH and I felt like I made a difference through the work that I did.

Cons

- Laid off after 5+ years - replaced weeks after being laid off - toxic work culture - senior management works insane hours and doesn't show staff how to balance life/work

Pros

Chill crew, laid back, comfort job.

Cons

The management is the worst most toxic place making Taco Bell’s professionalism look good. They enjoy firing employees and not help them grow to their best potential. Their HR is the worst personality gaslighting crew I’ve ever seen. Your manager will not back you up. Your coworkers can make fake accusations and evidence to get you fired. The type of workers you will be working here are pretty much nurses and doctors that are so incompetent that no employer wants to hire them. These are bottom of the barrel hires. Be prepared for high school drama and nepotism. You deserve to work at a more promising place than here.
