Pros

Friendly co workers. Middle management is flexible and approachable

Cons

CNO is out of touch with bedside nurses. They want magnet, ucla level nurses but want it done with less clinical resources.

Pros

Many of my coworkers really care and do their best.

Cons

Horrible pay and staffing. Terrible patient care They don’t pay their bills so we never have service contracts to get our equipment fixed yet we are still expected to meet the turnaround times. Departments don’t work well together and nurses are abusive to the department I work in. Most upper management isn’t qualified for the job. They got the position because daddy or a friend is on the board.
