Being stable and with very little turnover, it can be difficult to advance in career. Advancement may also be limited to people of faith. As with all hospital organizations, the work is very complex. One issue is that they have 'forced vacation days' where they ask you to take an extra day off when there is a holiday. -But this cuts into your stored vacation and makes it hard to save up enough for a week or two vacation.
