Pros

Nate, the recruiter was great. He communicated and got back to me whenever I had questions. The interviewers set me at ease right away. I felt like they not only tried to get to know me but also allowed me to get to know them. The amount of time for the interviews wasn’t too long but yet they allowed me to ask questions as well so I could see if I thought Advia was a good fit for me as well.

Cons

There really aren’t any except for the amount of time it took between my last interview and the day I heard that I got the job. It was a week, which isn’t bad but when you are waiting seems like an eternity. LOL

Pros

Move up quickly. Hybrid work life. Credit Union treatment of members is second to none. Company culture. Benefits. Competitive wages.

Cons

PTO isn't front loaded. You earn as you go. Sick time and PTO are lumped together.

We appreciate your positive review! To clarify our PTO policy, Advia offers paid time off that can be used for any reason, including vacation, rest, personal pursuits, illness, or whatever reason you see fit. The accrual is inclusive (meaning our sick time and PTO are lumped together), and unless otherwise agreed upon at time of offer, our new full-time employees are frontloaded 16 hours to account for any emergencies that may come up.
