To clarify our PTO policy, Advia offers paid time off that can be used for any reason, including vacation, rest, personal pursuits, illness, or whatever reason you see fit. The accrual is inclusive (meaning our sick time and PTO are lumped together), and unless otherwise agreed upon at time of offer, our new full-time employees are frontloaded 16 hours to account for any emergencies that may come up.
