It was ok, would probably do it again

Advia has without a doubt earned its place in my ‘Best places ever worked book.’ (Not an easy task!) If you have a passion for innovation and creating efficiency at a high member and employee focused technological level and love seeing the results of your work in real time then I am confident Advia will not disappoint. The beauty of Advia and more specifically the Information Systems department is the synergy and communication among the teams involved. We are staffed with passionate individuals who truly are committed to driving progress at every level no matter the task. The team is kind and understanding and there is a family like bond among us. IT direction is world class. My supervisor has been a friend and a mentor to me since I started and is an inspiring front line commander who always leads the charge personally with grit and determination that has impacted me on a personal level. I love the work, I love the team. Executives and HR are reasonable, flexible people who will do what it takes to work with you as an individual on a genuine and compassionate human level. Advia truly is a family and you’d have to try as hard as you can not to feel the love. Benefits - 401k match, PTO, Volunteer hours, DH&V is great! Great work life balance. HR always putting in the work to evaluate pay scale to make the pay more competitive! There are some things money can’t buy though and an amazing work place with a fantastic culture like Advia is one of those things, remember that!
