Pros

Recruiters were fantastic, probably the best I've ever experienced. Responded promptly in all communications, were very friendly, and were upfront about what to expect. Leads/managers are very friendly and open about what they expect. Culture at the company is great, welcoming and you feel valued. Very good work/life balance, flex scheduling is probably one of the best perks of the job.

Cons

Office is mostly cubicles which is unfortunate, but it is to be expected with a larger company like this.

Pros

Warm welcome and great introduction to the company along with a patient training process. They hire based on potential; not just experience or resume material. The employees are young and excited for the future, ready to compete with the other companies in the industry. They have great benefits and flexible managers, who do not display negative energy. This company has many down-to-earth people who are also ready to get down-to-business.

Cons

Sometimes there can be a lack of direction and resources. Managers do not always work directly with associates on projects because they are so busy with other projects within the company.

Pros

Flex time, plus great PTO makes work schedule incredibly flexible. Great benefits, and honestly one of the best work environment I've ever had to pleasure to be a part of.

Cons

Lower base pay compared to industry average, but promotions are within reach
