Management is lost and on a downward spiral. They don't practice the "Advocates Way" with staff members.

I learned that the position I was hired for did not exist when I came on board and I was unable to get a meeting with the Agency Director to discuss. Paraprofessional atmosphere. Unlicensed clinicians are commonplace
