Hybrid, unlimited PTO, good culture, lots of resources

Cons

Can get overwhelming with the amount of merchants in your portfolio, poor comp and huge lack of focus on retaining existing talent.

Pros

Amazing and innovative product that employees are extremely proud of. Great company values. CEO, CCO, COO, CFO are great leaders. Not super corporate in the negative sense of corporate, i.e. not bureaucratic.

Cons

Growth and scale problems are prevalent. Employee recruitment and retention issues are increasing in field offices. Lack of processes can leave a lot of ambiguity for career development and clear paths for personal success.
