Pros

Company has a very bright outlook. Smart, nice, easygoing people to work with. Fun, laid-back environment. Frequent trips to the Amsterdam HQ. Excellent benefits (free lunches, unlimited PTO, fully paid healthcare). Lots of autonomy and control of schedule. Ample on-the-job learning and opportunities to work with some impressive clientele.

Cons

No focus on career development leaves employees stuck in the same role for years and wondering if anything comes next. Zero priority on improving internal business operations or bolstering satellite offices with essential functional departments, which leads to constant operational inefficiencies and frustrations. Mediocre salary and laughable equity compensation compared to peers are leading to retention issues. Dutch-centric culture can be a turn-off.

Pros

Decent people and regular travel to Amsterdam and other offices.

Cons

Used to be a lot more fun. Now teams are under a lot of pressure and it shows. Company is slow to give raises or promotions (if at all).

Pros

Salary is far. Office is VERY nice. Catered meals are nice. We have enough money to work with, but our tools are ancient and terrible. Annual trip to Amsterdam to meet with co-workers is a nice touch.

Cons

Politics and backstabbing are off the charts in Marketing, Partners, and Sales. All our best people 'disappear' suddenly. The needs of the regions are always secondary to what global wants. A very insular culture means we don't get the best of external talent.
