Pros

Fast moving company with great people. Not so long ago someone who recently joined told me he felt a sense of belonging he never felt at another employer. This for me was testament we are still on the right track!

Cons

If you like structure and not too much changes, and/or your nr1 driver to go to work is money, look for a job elsewhere; Adyen is not your best pick.

Pros

Amazing culture, work environment, and people to work with. Adyen values their employees for who they are and what they can individually bring to the business. They have principles, call the "Adyen Formula", and I can assure that these are taken very seriously to ensure the culture is preserved. It's been amazing working in such a booming industry, within an innovative company.

I haven't found any cons so far.
