I have found working at Adyen one of the most positive experiences of my life - everyone is so kind and approachable, there are no egos which is a rare find! The working day is flexible, there is ample opportunity to travel, the management team are really approachable and supportive. In the office there are many perks like free lunches, lots of team events so you get to know your co-workers as friends rather than just colleagues. Culture is a top priority for all employees and it shows! You are from day one encouraged to own your own career, which is great as you really have many possibilities within the one company if you wish to move into a new job role.
