Leadership is still mainly in HQs. The company has been addressing this as is looking to balance leadership across other locations and have a real global mindset, but that's work in progress.

Could provide more clarity on career development across teams , despite this the company will help you find new roles for you when you are ready for your next challenge. This is also something the company seems to be actively working on.
