* Free lunches * Free coffee * Flatter-than-usual management structure * Typically good quality of engineers

* Codebase is quite dated in some parts, poor readability * Some of the senior staff were quite hostile * Will hugely vary on team but I spent many hours trying to specific reproduce bugs, very tedious
