      Pros

      Respect: Everyone treats each other with kindness and professionalism. Support: We have resources and encouragement to grow professionally. We have many courses at Aecon University. Well-being Matters– Your mental and physical health are prioritized, at least my boss is a very supportive person. Work-Life Balance: Our personal time is respected, and burnout isn’t the norm.

      Cons

      Office is far away from downtown. We all have to go to work in-person 3 o 2 times per week. Sometimes people has to move from the main office to the construction sites that can be in other cities.
