If you've been there a long time, your job is pretty safe. Comp and benefits are decent for the area.

Cons

Poorly managed, too much focus on cost cutting, management does not communicate well, highly political environment, different geographic divisions (NL, UK, US) do not cooperate well, little advancement potential as everyone in management is protecting their own jobs
