      Pros

      Aegon are an excellent employer. The people are nice, the work is interesting, the work environment and hybrid working policy work well for me (40% in office), and there are good opportunities for progression with an internal mobility marketplace and tools for learning new skills.

      Cons

      The workload can be intense but for a good reason, so we can provide the best service to our customers!
