      Pros

      Fantastic work environment, great people to work with and great work life balance. There will be times that you have to work hard but they are balanced out with getting to work from home.

      Cons

      With business units throughout the US and in Europe, some were in silos and hard to work with. They felt that we were encroaching on their territory.

      Pros

      Good organisation, everything is taken care off. Also, the salary that they pay is really good. Good secondary benefits such as pension, mortgage and vacation days

      Cons

      There are lots of old people, very bureaucratic. Growth opportunities for ambitious people are mediocre.

      Pros

      Both local and HQ teams are friendly and highly professional. The management is involved in day-to-day activities, motivating and inspiring. Corporate values here are not just a teoretic concept but a way of being and acting, that's visible in the entire organization. Great workplace!

      Cons

      The expectations from each employee are very high which can be rather pressing sometimes. And certain divisions are slightly understaffed.
