Freedom, the intern is responsible and not under pressure. Always feel that you can learn more. flexibility, there are not timing restrictions

Cons

There are not many possibilities to continuing longer after the internship. Although is possible to move in other departments. Every unit is too independent

Good friendly place to work with great colleagues, also a very good restaurant and deli with reasonable prices and free tea and coffee from machines through the day

Cons

Compared to when i first started at aeon the number of agency staff has trebled in size. This has led to a more competitive and colder work force
