International company who decided to downsize and basically eliminate the vast majority of jobs in the Louisville area.

This was a company I thought I'd never leave. Our division within AEGON took care of us.

Overall, our division went out of their way to make the employees happy. Career development was encouraged and supported. The pay and benefits were great

Cons

Within the division, the culture was different from one department to the next, for good or bad. The division sometimes had the mentallity that if you don't hear anything, then your doing fine. Sometimes people need recognition.
