      Pros

      Has been a Job contributing to my career. Working conditions are very good. There is a decent compensation package. Work/life Balance is really good and there are very good colleagues.

      Cons

      My experience so far has been local in nature. Thefore, the next step for my career should be a global Position at a global Institution in the City of London. The future Targets of the Company do not draw a promising Picture though.

      Inclusive working environment; your ideas are vauable; talent is recognised; team work is encouraged; management make a really good attempt to communicate with employees.

      Cons

      Should provide better visibility on career progression and also should provide more international mobility opportunities - for such a large, global organisation; there appears to be little or no opportunities for employees to work in other Aegon companies around the world.
